・Add 2−4 drops to your bathwater with Epsom salt.
・Apply 1−3 drops topically behind the ears, over the heart, on wrists, back of neck, base of spine, or any desired location.

DIRECTIONS
・Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 4 drops of V-6™ or olive oil. Test on small area of skin on the underside of your arm and apply to desired area as needed.
・Aromatic: Diffuse up to 1 hour 3 times daily.
